Yes..that's right, you heard it here first. I am a junk food addict! I was in denial when I started, but now I know it's true. Thursday night on my way home from work I was craving something sweet. Instead of going home and eating fruit or 100 calorie pack cookies I headed to Chick-Fil-A and ordered a Brownie Ala Mode. It was delicous, but soon after it was gone I was feeling very guilty. After Dave got home we decided to go out to dinner. We headed to Olive Garden. My original plan was to stick to soup and salad. It was a good plan but it never came to fruition...is that a word...anyway. When our waiter came I sure did order my fave, Chicken Parm and Chicken and Gnochi soup. It was super delish and I only ate 1/2 of it so that was a saving grace. As of now I have 0 flex points and 7 of 18 excercise points left. Guess I'll need to make sure I stick within my points the rest of the weekend.
On a more positive note, I stepped on the scale last night before bed and I was down to 262. It's not my official weigh in, but I was tempted to see the damage I'd done. So relieved to not be too down. Hoping some extra work this weekend will make for a happy weigh in on Monday.
Congrats Mike! I am so proud of you! I know we can keep it up.

Jessi, I don't have problems limiting sweets, but breads and pastas scream my name, so I understand. I haven't started my eating program yet, but will soon. I wanted to get a baseline on all my blood work. I need to get on the right thyroid meds because they will help with the process.
